Taking the decision to start doing MLM is one thing that anybody can do.

Deciding to build a strong business, a business that will be a legacy, using Network Marketing (MLM) is a complete different ball game.

Once you’ve identified the Network Marketing industry as the vehicule of choice to obtain your objectives, you must put great attention in the selection of the company you want to partner with to ensure the long term financial viability and the prosperity of your project.

A bad selection could result in losses of millions of dollars or in big time deception for many possible reasons.

Here is the list of the 5 criterias that you should be looking for in helping select the best company for you :

  1. Is the company going to last long term? Does the management team have a proven track record? No one can be successful in a company that fails or goes out of business.
  2. Do the products sell outside of the network? Is there a fair share of consumers who will buy the products without joining the the MLM business?
  3. Will I get rewarded well for my efforts? In other words, is the compensation plan (commission payment plan) fair and generous for distributors (full time or part time).
  4. Does the company have the MOJO. Is the company attracting leaders.
  5. Will the training provided by the company produce successful distributors?

All of the above criterias are really important in the evaluation. In MLM, though, there is a fondamental difference with most of the conventional business. The training.

That fifth criterias is really critical in the development of a strong residual income. You have to be able do produce good representatives or else you will always be on a treadmill and become very frustrated.

Your company really needs to have a proven training system that will guide the new recruits that join your organisation from being greenish to becoming successful and professionnal distributors that will in turn be able to pass their experience on the their recruits and so on…

I would not say that it’s important. I would say that it’s critical.

Hope this helps you in your future endeavors.

With you success in mind,

Jonathan
